Catfish sitting in Nigeria or Ghana. Actually kind of appropriate, you’re going to be a cat lady and he’s a catfish. 🙂

I just imagine that he’s highly illiterate, just trying to express himself, but never able to find the right words. Everyone takes him for a scammer and he starts to doubt himself after a few weeks, though he was so hopeful when he started out.
Then, just before he’s about to give up the whole dating thing, he meets a dyslectic lady, they have many wacky adventures due to their problems with language, but they are just made for each other and every day they get to know each other better. They just have to meet and it’s love at first sight and everything – they live happily ever after.
But yes it’s probably some kind of catfish/scam/whatever else unsavory.

4 things this message does badly:
*Claiming you’re in love with someone from just their profile is off putting.
*Use of ‘lol’ and ‘2’.
* Use of …….
* His enthusiasm might be more convincing if he asked some questions relating to your profile.

Hey pretty lady, isn’t it great the kind of morons we have to put up with? Online dating sucks… The silver lining should be that real life dating is much better. Alas, it is not. SIGH SIGH SIGH
